  2. Heat oil add Potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder and cover.
  3. Keep it aside and add oil in the pan add cumin seed bay leaf,red chilli and garam masala whole.
  4. Now add ginger paste and saute well adding salt turmeric powder.
  5. Now add all the masalas saute well adding tomato.
  6. As the masala starts releasing oil add Potatoes and cabbage and saute well.
  7. Cover and cook till it become soft and moist.
  8. Finally add sugar and garam masala powder.
  9. Add ghee and mix well.
  10. Serve it with rice or chapati.
